Design Coded collects only the information reasonably needed to answer enquiries, prepare project estimates, deliver services and comply with legal or payment obligations.

Information we collect

When you submit a project brief or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, project requirements, budget range, links you provide and our communication history.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to requests, prepare proposals, manage agreed projects, provide customer support, prevent abuse and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Design Coded does not store complete payment-card details. The provider’s own privacy terms apply to information submitted during checkout.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to operate the website, communicate, process payments or deliver a contracted project. We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to legal and contractual recordkeeping requirements, by emailing hello@designcoded.com.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or confidential source files through the initial enquiry form.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the service and its providers change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
